Si tienes dudas sobre si tu contrato cumple los requisitos, cons\u00faltanos antes de tramitar.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"faq-item\">\n        <h4>\u00bfHasta cu\u00e1ndo se puede pedir?<\/h4>\n        <p>La norma no establece un plazo de solicitud espec\u00edfico, pero debe realizarse antes de que el contrato venza. Es recomendable comunicarla con suficiente antelaci\u00f3n para evitar problemas de recepci\u00f3n o plazos.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"faq-item\">\n        <h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si el arrendador no responde o se niega?<\/h4>\n        <p>El arrendador debe aceptar la pr\u00f3rroga salvo que concurra alguna de las excepciones legales previstas en la norma. Si no responde o se niega sin causa legal, el informe de notificaci\u00f3n fehaciente que recibir\u00e1s es la prueba documental para ejercer tus derechos. En ese caso, es recomendable asesorarse con un abogado.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"faq-item\">\n        <h4>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 conviene enviar la solicitud por medio fehaciente?<\/h4>\n        <p>Porque acredita de forma irrefutable que enviaste la solicitud, en qu\u00e9 fecha y con qu\u00e9 contenido. Un mensaje de WhatsApp o un email ordinario no ofrecen esa garant\u00eda legal. Ante cualquier disputa, el informe fehaciente es tu prueba.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"faq-item\">\n        <h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencia hay entre burofax, correo postal y notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica?<\/h4>\n        <p>El burofax postal env\u00eda el documento en papel con acuse de recibo firmado. La notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica es inmediata y certifica digitalmente la entrega. La modalidad combinada usa ambos canales a la vez para m\u00e1xima cobertura.
